Thank you for all
those who made this year’s Presidential challenge a success. All the
Pathfinders really enjoyed the event especially those who participated
in the previous year’s event and found that they had improved in many
categories. Our church enjoyed Pathfinder Sabbath and the induction
ceremony in which most of the church participated. We look forward to
an exciting November!!!

Registration kicked off
this year with a pizza feed and pool party. Mr. Murcia, a
Rose State biology professor, led us through the fossil honor this
month. The highlights included a trip to the Sam Noble Museum in
Natural History down in Norman, OK. We followed that with a trip
down to the Arbuckles in which we went on a dig for trilobites and
other fossils. Everyone had a great time and is very grateful for such
a knowledgeable teacher presenting and contrasting both beliefs of
creation and evolution. |
