Tulsa Twisters   We went can collecting again!  The kids love to go out and collect cans as well as see people.  We went to the Oklahoma Camporee and had a great time, although we froze!  We also took the kids to Mohawk Park to start working on some honors.  It has been a busy month!

Our Pathfinder got to go to his first Camporee this month and had a frozen great time!!! We all earned the Heritage Patch from the museum and went on a “hike” around the camp-ground to work on the edible wild plants honor.  On Sunday we learned how to make soap and made a bull roarer. There was a great time had by all!!!  We went ingathering on the 22nd with a church member and the adventurer to the local business. We were able to raise over $200.00 in just over 1 hour. The kids learned more about what our church does and got to meet several new people. We also started gathering clothes to take to a battered woman’s shelter to help out. We will also drop off some literature with the clothes.
